Ingredients
  • 20 dried and pitted dates
  • ½ cup pecan pieces
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter (or any nut butter of choice)
  • Dark chocolate candy coating
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
  1. Open each date and press in ½ tsp. nut butter, then 1 to 2 pecan pieces.
  2. Using a fork, dip each date in the chocolate, wiping the underside of the fork clean on the side of the chocolate tray.
  3. Place on parchment or wax paper and sprinkle with flaky sea salt, if using.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for 20 mins to set, or the freezer for 10 mins.
  5. Enjoy!
