Ingredients
  • ½ cup Peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Old fashion oats
  • ⅔ cup Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup Unflavored protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp Ground flaxseed
  • ⅓ cup Chocolate chips
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Mix first three ingredients together in a large bowl. Add additional ingredients and mix until thoroughly incorporated.
  2. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, roll into individual bites. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

    Thanks for the recipe, but I couldn’t get these to stick together. Am I doing something wrong? Can’t wait to fix this and enjoy!

      Hi Rachel! Oh, no! I am so sorry! Your sticky ingredients are peanut butter and honey. Some peanut butter brands are drier than others. You may need to use a bit more.
