In large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, egg, Worcestershire sauce, ground beef, Creole seasoning, black pepper and onion mixture. Mix gently and form into 6 small oval meatloaves.
Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each meatloaf, carefully tucking end of bacon on bottom. In same skillet, brown the meatloaves for about 4 minutes on each side. While meatloaves are browning, mix together sauce ingredients.
Once meatloaves are browned, top evenly with sauce. Add ½ cup water to skillet and place in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
