- 1 (6oz) carton fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ½ cup strawberries, frozen
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- ¼ avocado
- Water as needed to fill
- Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
- Enjoy!
