  • 1 (6oz) carton fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • ¼ avocado
  • Water as needed to fill
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
