Chocolate-Pecan Dates

- 20 dried and pitted dates
- ½ cup pecan pieces
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter (or any nut butter of choice)
- Dark chocolate candy coating
- Flaky sea salt (optional)
- Open each date and press in ½ tsp. nut butter, then 1 to 2 pecan pieces.
- Using a fork, dip each date in the chocolate, wiping the underside of the fork clean on the side of the chocolate tray.
- Place on parchment or wax paper and sprinkle with flaky sea salt, if using.
- Place in the refrigerator for 20 mins to set, or the freezer for 10 mins.
- Enjoy!
