Autumn Fruit Crisp

Ingredients
  • Filling:
  • 3 med apples, thinly sliced
  • 2 c cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp nutmegTopping:
  • ⅔ c brown sugar
  • ½ c oats, quick
  • ½ c flour
  • ¼ c pecans, chopped
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 5 Tbsp butter, salted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a 9x13 baking dish combine all filling ingredients; set aside.
  2. In medium bowl, combine all topping ingredients except butter. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  3. Sprinkle topping over the filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
