Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened soymilk (or milk of your choice)
Instructions
  1. Blend frozen berries, banana, and soymilk until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings such as plain Greek yogurt, high-protein granola, cottage or ricotta cheese, mixed nuts, and/or shredded coconut. (Note: nutrition information does not include toppings)
  3. Enjoy a delicious and nutritious breakfast!
