Ingredients
  • 1 salad kit of choice
  • 1 10oz. can chicken breast
  • 1 15.5oz. can garbanzo beans
Instructions
  1. Prepare salad kit.
  2. Add canned chicken and beans.
  3. Stir to mix and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe uses HEB's Cracked Pepper Ceasar Chopped Salad Kit, HEB's Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, and HEB's canned Garbanzo Beans.

To reduce sodium content, use no salt added beans and low-sodium canned chicken breast. Using both reduces the sodium to 600mg per serving. Using only low sodium beans reduces to 800mg and using only low-sodium chicken breast reduces to 1,300mg.
